HIS ANGEL MY ANGEL
I was caught up in a vision, and Jesus Himself stood before me. His presence was weighty, His gaze steady, His voice like a river of authority. With just a few words, He marked my destiny:
“As you continue in the work, My angel will be your angel.”
The moment those words left His lips, the atmosphere split. I heard screams of fury — shrieks and screeches from the demonic realm: “Nooo!” They wailed in anger as though they had lost their grip, as if a divine decree had just canceled their claim. In that instant, I understood: I had been commissioned.
At the time, I could not fully grasp what He meant. I carried that word like a sealed letter in my spirit. As the years went by, I began to understand. Through battles in prayer, through standing in the gap for others, I saw the works of the devil exposed and dismantled. And just as He had promised, angels began to visit me — bringing messages, strategies, and strength for the journey ahead.
The word Jesus gave me never returned void. What seemed small and simple in the moment carried eternal weight. It grew over years, like a seed watered in the soil of prayer, breaking open in God’s timing.
Key Scripture:
“So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.” — Isaiah 55:11
A word to encourage you:
Beloved, God’s promises often come like seeds — small, simple, and sometimes hard to understand in the moment. But if He spoke it, He will perform it. The waiting season does not mean His word has failed; it means His word is taking root.
Have faith when the silence feels long. Believe when the battle feels heavy. Trust when you cannot yet see. The same Jesus who spoke to me is speaking to you: He is faithful. His word will not return void. His angels will stand with you. His power will accomplish the assignment over your life.
Hold fast to what He has said. Wait in faith. Believe with courage. In His perfect time, the seed will break forth — and you will see that every word He has spoken over you was true.
